Greenhouse Software, the leading recruiting and onboarding platform, had outgrown its PEO vendor. At nearly 200 employees and growing, it was time to explore options.

Greenhouse migrated from the PEO with 41% in savings, better benefits, and gained benefits administration automation for critical workflows and manual processes. The Greenhouse People Ops team used their savings to offer free benefits plans, make health savings account (HSA) contributions into the high-deductible PPO plan, and offer additional employee perks. All of this served to further strengthen their culture.
